Humans are messy and relationships can be challenging. Cristina will incorporate her relationship tools, family therapy education, and child/teen expertise as a former teacher to help you navigate the relationships in your life whether it be your children, spouse, partner, business collogues, etc.
Me-Military
Coaching for Military
Cristina knows all too well the life of a military spouse and the one thing she lacked when her husband was deployed was a military community. After years of dealing with the stress on her own she was able to reach out to different military communities and quickly learned how valuable it is to have people that “understand”. It has made all the difference. Her personal experience and way out of the chaos combined with her coaching tools has aided in her helping other military vets, spouses and caregivers. Together we will work on creating a fulfilling life outside of the military. You will be given tips on how to put yourself first, show up as the person your partner most needs, and to better communicate. Cristina can also get you in touch with any other helpful military resources… (she and her husband have utilize many of them).

Me-Academy
Child and Teen Coaching
For more than 15 years, as a teacher (and nanny), Cristina has worked with kids from 0-17. In 2020, when schools closed down Cristina had already started to transition her coaching business to full time. Many of her former students’ families were asking for support and offered her services. What she noticed was her typically outgoing kids were now scared to be social and kids that were used to letting out all their energy at school were having burst of intense anger. Some developed a deep anxiety. Some teens developed depressive thoughts ad their grades slipped. Does this sound like your child/teen? The pandemic is over but the effects of growing up in an anti-social environment still linger. Through ME-Academy children learn fun and exciting ways to challenge themselves outside their comfort zones, how to ask for what they want, and how to communicate better with others. Teens, receive a personalize plan to help them achieve their goals, whether it be school, sports, or relationships. We often discuss the delusional standards of social media world and how to overcome the feeling of not being good enough.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does coaching work?
Coaching involves a collaborative partnership between a trained coach and a client. Through active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-oriented conversations, the coach supports the client in achieving their personal or professional objectives. Coaches provide guidance, accountability, and practical strategies to help individuals unlock their potential and make positive changes in their lives.
How long does a coaching engagement typically last?
The duration of a coaching engagement varies depending on individual needs and goals. It can range from a few sessions to several months, with sessions typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. The coaching process is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and desired outcomes.
Can coaching help me if I don’t have clear goals?
Absolutely! Coaching can be valuable even if you’re uncertain about your goals. A coach can guide you through a process of self-discovery, helping you clarify your values, explore your passions, and identify what you want to achieve. Coaches provide support and help you develop a clear vision for your future, assisting you in setting meaningful goals along the way.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
While coaching and therapy share some similarities, they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds, addressing mental health issues, and exploring past experiences. Coaching, on the other hand, is primarily future-oriented and aims to help individuals set and achieve goals, improve specific areas of their lives, and enhance personal or professional performance. Coaching is more action-oriented and emphasizes personal growth and development.
Is coaching only for individuals?
Coaching is beneficial for individuals, teams, and organizations alike. While individual coaching focuses on personal growth and achievement, team coaching enhances collaboration, communication, and productivity within groups. Organizational coaching helps businesses optimize performance, develop leadership skills, and create a positive and empowering work culture.
How confidential is the coaching process?
Confidentiality is a vital aspect of the coaching relationship. Coaches adhere to strict ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality about the content of coaching sessions. Your personal information and discussions will remain private and will not be shared without your consent, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for open and honest conversations.
