I created ME Mastery out of a lifelong necessity! When I was in kindergarten, my teacher told my parents that I was never going to amount to anything… in KINDERGARTEN!!! Luckily, I had outstanding advocates in my parents and in third grade I was able to be tested. The results I actually have an extremely high IQ and I was also labeled with dyslexia and ADD. Still the knowledge of finally being proven intelligent, the harm of not fitting inside the systems box weigh heavy on my confidence.

Then at 9 years old I was diagnosed with Leukemia and needed full body radiation and a bone marrow transplant to survive. Very quickly fighting for my life and enjoying the time I did have was all that mattered to me and I let go of the negative labels I was given- slow, dyslexic, odd, sick. I created a version of myself- a fighter, survivor and thriver… and I never looked back!

Me Mastery was a file I created on my first computer when I learned that if I wanted the life I wanted I was going to have to get it myself- no cookie cutting system was going to give it to me. It was filled with the new curriculum I was going to teach myself and things I was going to do! Being a big believer in personal development and consistent learning, I met husband volunteering at a local seminar.

Two weeks after their wedding, my husband was given orders to deploy to Kuwait/Iraq for his 5th tour. There, he was injured and later diagnosed as 100% disabled with a TBI and PTSD – more negative labels. These labels had a hold on my husband but I knew that he was more than his labels- just as we all are! Through grace we ended up at a Tony Robbins event. There I saw what I knew to be true finally reach my husband’s ears and life has never been the same for us!

Seeing the unbelievable positive impact that coaching had on our lives, I knew that this was the mission I was always meant to do! I graduated from all of Tony Robbin’s seminars and received my two certificates in coaching (Strategic Intervention and Family Coaching) from his coaching trainings. I have been helping my clients let go of their negative labels- given or claimed- so they, too, can create the life of their dreams!
